Future: LLM/OCR, authenticated roles and enterprise security, durable records/audit, actual ERP integration and independent evaluation.
Nonbinding two-week evaluation: define 20 held-out synthetic pairs and independent ground truth; measure field/citation/exception correctness; compare review effort with a timed manual baseline; review results and unknowns. Proposed criteria, not achieved results: ≥95% required-field match, 100% valid source locations, zero missed seeded critical conflicts.
Gate A: workflow/technical feasibility → Gate B: qualified permissioned buyer discovery → Gate C: separately authorized buyer-backed pilot. YBBE retains pre-existing technology/demo IP; Bridgelytic funds its own outreach. No buyer, license, reimbursement, commission or customer-budget commitment. Deployment needs separate legal, data, implementation and commercial terms.
